Terms & Conditions – Suviidhaa Events
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any services with Suviidhaa Events. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed agreement.
- A non-refundable advance payment (as per quotation) is required to confirm the event.
- Final payment must be made before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Event Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes in event details must be communicated at least 10 days in advance.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if any) will be subject to deductions for work already completed or services already booked.
- Suviidhaa Events reserves the right to retain the advance in case of cancellation initiated by the client.
Third-Party Vendors
- We may engage third-party vendors (e.g., decorators, caterers, artists) on behalf of the client.
- Suviidhaa Events is not liable for the performance or delays caused by third-party vendors.
Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate event details, venue access, and necessary approvals.
- Any special permissions or licenses (e.g., for loud music, firecrackers) must be obtained by the client.
Liability & Damages
- Suviidhaa Events is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to client or guest property during the event.
- Damages caused by guests or client representatives to rented items or venue property will be charged accordingly.
Force Majeure
Suviidhaa Events shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
Media & Promotions
Suviidhaa Events may use photos or videos from your event for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws.
